▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Carbon nano reinforced aluminum base conductor material comprises 0.01-0.07 wt.% graphene, 0.1-0.6 wt.% zirconium, 0.08 wt.% iron, 0.04 wt. silicon, 0.01 wt.% other elements and balanced aluminum. USE - Carbon nano reinforced aluminum base conductor material. ADVANTAGE - The growth of silica nanoparticles on the surface of graphene avoids agglomeration reaction in reduction process of graphene oxide and flotation of graphene on the surface of aluminum melt and agglomeration in the melt and reduces wetting angle between graphene and aluminum melt. The graphene-silica reinforcement has good chemical stability and improves thermal stability of aluminum matrix composite.
