▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A slurry containing binder and solvent is added to a high-speed mixer and dispersed, to obtain cathode slurry. The slurry is coated on a cleaned copper foil and dried, to form slurry-coated copper foil as cathode. The solvent is removed by drying slurry. The slurry-coated copper foil is placed in reaction chamber, and the reaction chamber is sealed and evacuated. The foil is heated. The foil is cooled to room temperature. A conductive agent is introduced to processed copper-foil current collector, to obtain conductive agent-containing graphene. USE - Preparation of conductive agent-containing graphene used for anode of lithium-ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables environmentally-friendly preparation of conductive agent-containing graphene having three-dimensional network structure by simple method, with high yield and reduced production equipment requirement. The lithium-ion-battery anode containing the conductive agent-containing graphene has high capacity and cycle characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A slurry containing binder and solvent in ratio of 40-95:5-60:50-200 is added to a high-speed mixer and dispersed at rate of 500-5000 rpm for 1-4 hours, to obtain cathode slurry. The slurry is coated on a cleaned copper foil and dried, to form slurry-coated copper foil as cathode. The solvent is removed by drying slurry. The slurry-coated copper foil is placed in reaction chamber, and the reaction chamber is sealed and evacuated to l0-2 Pa for 10-60 minutes. The foil is heated at 500-1200 degrees C for 60-360 minutes, and heating is stopped. The foil is cooled to room temperature. A conductive agent is introduced to processed copper-foil current collector, to obtain conductive agent-containing graphene.
