NOVELTY - Single crystal graphene is manufactured by thermal decomposition of carbon source by providing carbon source to 1st area, providing substrate to 2nd area, heating 1st area to vaporize carbon source, guiding carbon source vapor with camphor by a carrier gas which contains argon and hydrogen to the heated 2nd area, and thermally decomposing the carbon compound on the substrate in the heated 2nd area to form graphene on the surface of the substrate in regular polygon form or circular domain group, or continuously on the whole substrate surface. USE - Manufacture of single crystal graphene for touchscreens (claimed), transparent electrodes, and electronic devices. ADVANTAGE - The obtained graphene film is continuous. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for touchscreen comprising transferred laminated body of graphene. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawings show schematic diagrams of the positioning of substrate in general chemical vapor deposition (1-a), and the positioning of substrate by the manufacturing process of single crystal graphene film (1-b).
