NOVELTY - An organic coating comprises talc powder, calcium sulfate, nano-silica, graphene oxide, zinc chloride, silane coupling agent KH-560 (RTM: gamma -Glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane), silane coupling agent KH-550 (RTM: gamma -Aminopropyltriethoxysilane), epoxy-terminated polyether amine, beta -cyclodextrin-modified amino-terminated sulfonated polybenzimidazole, 1,8-dibromooctane, 4-hydroxy-1-naphthalenesulfonic acid, 1,5-naphthalenedisulfonic acid tetrahydrate, sodium lauryl sulfate, dimethylsulfoxide and deionized water. USE - Organic coating for marine vessels. ADVANTAGE - The organic coating has improved weather resistance, flame retardant property, corrosion resistance and acid and alkali resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An organic coating comprises 5-20 pts. wt. talc powder, 5-20 pts. wt. calcium sulfate, 3-10 pts. wt. nano-silica, 3-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 3-15 pts. wt. zinc chloride, 1-8 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH-560 (RTM: gamma -Glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane), 1-10 pts. wt. silane coupling agent KH-550 (RTM: gamma -Aminopropyltriethoxysilane), 6-10 pts. wt. epoxy-terminated polyether amine, 2-10 pts. wt. beta -cyclodextrin-modified amino-terminated sulfonated polybenzimidazole, 3-6 pts. wt. 1,8-dibromooctane, 1-4 pts. wt. 4-hydroxy-1-naphthalenesulfonic acid, 3-8 pts. wt. 1,5-naphthalenedisulfonic acid tetrahydrate, 5-15 pts. wt. sodium lauryl sulfate, 20-60 pts. wt. dimethylsulfoxide and 30-100 pts. wt. deionized water. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of organic coating, which involves mixing raw materials, stirring, reacting at 80 degrees C for 2 hours, stirring, filtering and drying at 60 degrees C for 20 hours.
