▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The modulator has a micro-structure unit that is provided with a metal bottom plate, a dielectric layer and a graphene-metal structure which are arranged layer by layer from bottom to top. The dielectric layer is provided with a layer of a dielectric substrate. The graphene-metal structure is provided with a graphene strip (3), four equal metal structures (4) and two equal metal grid electrodes (5). The four equal metal structures are symmetrically distributed at two sides of the graphene strip at certain distance. The two metal grid electrodes are connected with two ends of the graphene strip respectively. USE - Full-phase dynamic modulator used in radar, security systems, biological imaging and future sixth-generation wireless network communication. ADVANTAGE - The dynamic modulator solves the problem that the modulator is difficult to achieve 0360 degrees full-phase dynamic continuous control in the terahertz waveband graphene reflective metasurface. The modulator has high reflection efficiency at the working frequency, and the reflection efficiency reaches more than 20 percentage. The graphene metal structure designed by the modulator is novel and simple, and is experimentally feasible.
