NOVELTY - Coating comprises 20-40 pts. wt. latex binder, 10-30 pts. wt. filler, 15-25 pts. wt. deionized water, 10-20 pts. wt. additives, 10-20 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol-modified hyperbranched polypyrrolone, 10-20 pts. wt. amino terminated sulfonated polyimide, 5-10 pts. wt. KH-560 and 5-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide. USE - Coating for steel (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating is fireproof, radiation-proof, has strong adhesive force, high hardness, good anti-scrape property, excellent weather resistance and water resistance, and prepared in eco-friendly manner without harming human health. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for preparing polyethylene glycol-modified hyperbranched polypyrrolone, which involves adding 1 mole of anhydride and m-cresol in three-necked flask, stirring under an inert gas, adding 0.5-1.2 moles of tetraamine, stirring at room temperature for 30 minutes, heating to 75-85 degrees C for 3.5-4.5 hours, and then to 175-185 degrees C for 3.5-4.5 hours, cooling to room temperature to obtain naphthalene anhydride terminated hyperbranched polypyrrolone solution; adding 0.3-2 moles of obtained product to bis-amino-polyethylene glycol, stirring under an inert gas, heating to 75-85 degrees C for 3.5-4.5 hours, and then to 175-185 degrees C for 3.5-4.5 hours, cooling to room temperature, pouring the solution into methanol to obtain a precipitate, washing with methanol, filtering, drying in a vacuum oven at 50 degrees C for 22-24 hours to obtain final product; and (2) a method for preparing amino terminated sulfonated polyimid, which involves adding 1.6mmol 4,4'-Bis(4-aminophenoxy)biphenyl-3,3'disulfonic acid (BAPBDS), 12.5ml m-cresol and 0.7ml triethylamine in 100ml three-necked flask, and stirring magnetically; adding 1.5mmol tetracarboxylic dianhydride (NTDA), 3 mmol benzoic acid and 0.7 ml isoquinoline, stirring at room temperature for an hour, reacting at 80 degrees C for 4 hours, then at 180 degrees C for 20 hours, cooling to room temperature, pouring to 150ml methanol to obtain a large number of filiform product, washing the product repeatedly with methanol, performing suction filtration,, and drying in vacuum at 130 degrees C for 10 hours to obtain final product.
