▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - High hardness ceramic tool comprises 40-50 pts. wt. aluminum oxide, 20-30 pts. wt. titanium carbide, 10-20 pts. wt. tungsten carbide, 5-8 pts. wt. zirconium oxide, 3-6 pts. wt. yttrium oxide, 2-4 pts. wt. silicon nitride and 1-3 pts. wt. pretreated graphene powder, where pretreatment method of graphene comprises mixing graphene with 2-chloro-4,6-dimethoxy-1,3,5-triazine in a mass ratio of 1:0.02-0.05 and placing in 20-35 wt.% ethanol solution, stirring, performing ultrasonic dispersion for 30-50 minutes, and then drying in microwave oven. USE - Used as high hardness ceramic tool. ADVANTAGE - The ceramic tool not only has high hardness and high abrasion resistance, but also has high toughness, long service life and easy cracking, and greatly improves practical performance of ceramic cutting tool. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high hardness ceramic tool comprising (i) mixing raw materials other than pretreated graphene, adding 5-15 wt.% these raw materials into anhydrous ethanol, introducing into planetary mill, mixing and grinding for 2-3 hours, (ii) adding pretreated graphene powder and silane coupling agent into 3-8 wt.% graphene powder, and continue milling for 50-70 minutes, (iii) ball milling granulated product, spraying and granulating, molding material at 30-50 MPa pressure to suppress 20-35 minutes, (iv) pressing molded material for high temperature sintering, where sintering temperature is 1550-1650 degrees C and time is 50-70 minutes, and (v) cooling to room temperature at a rate of 15-20 degrees C per minute, tempering at room temperature to 10-15 minutes, maintaining at 650-750 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, and then naturally cooling to room temperature.
