NOVELTY - An ultra-light organic cotton textile fabric comprises blended yarn (A) and blended yarn (B) sprayed and covered by photocatalytic composite. The photocatalytic composite is mixed phase titanium dioxide graphene composite prepared by hydrothermal method. The blended yarn (A) comprises two mixed fibers obtained by mixing organic cotton, wool and bamboo fiber. The blended yarn (B) comprises two organic cottons. The mixed fiber obtained by mixing Terylene (RTM: Synthetic polyester fiber) and modified graphene oxide fiber is twisted in the same direction. USE - The method is useful for preparing ultra-light organic cotton textile fabric. ADVANTAGE - The ultra-light organic cotton textile fabric greatly improves the catalytic activity of the textile degrading methyl blue under ultraviolet light, and the sterilizing rate is more than 99.99%.
