▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene glass comprises providing glass, performing physical vapor deposition on surface of glass to form titanium intermediate layer, and performing chemical vapor deposition on surface of titanium intermediate layer to grow graphene to obtain graphene glass. USE - Method is useful for producing graphene glass. ADVANTAGE - The method introduces a layer of thin titanium intermediate layer between the glass substrate and the graphene, which greatly improves the bonding force between the graphene and the glass; the obtained graphene glass has low surface resistance, good uniformity, graphene layer thickness is controllable, graphene growth rate is high, long service life, and has good structure and performance stability, which is good for promoting graphene glass in the production life, especially development of actual application under certain extreme working conditions.
