▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A glass wave guide type photoelectric detector comprises bottom-coated glass substrate providing with glass-based waveguide, graphene thin film and two block metal electrodes, where the glass base waveguide is located on glass substrate strip, the graphene thin film is coated on glass-based waveguide, the two block metal electrodes are located on opposite sides of graphene thin film and the two block metal electrodes are coated on glass substrate and graphene thin film. USE - Glass wave guide type photoelectric detector. ADVANTAGE - The photoelectric detector has better light absorption properties of graphene, high degree response and suitable for large scale production of potential, and can be prepared in a simple and cost effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a glass wave guide type photoelectric detector.
