NOVELTY - The structure has a graphene sheet placed on an upper surface of a dielectric plate. An upper surface and a lower surface of a medium plate are bonded on a metal floor. A graphene ultra-surface main body is divided into multiple graphene reflecting units. The medium plate is divided into medium plate blocks. The metal floor is divided into block metal floors. Each graphene patch each graphene reflecting unit is provided with an upper layer of a medium plate block, a medium layer of the medium plate block and a bottom layer of a metal floor block, where horizontal and vertical coordinates positions of a topological model is calculated. USE - Full phase range adjustment based graphene ultra surface structure. ADVANTAGE - The structure realizes ultra-topology mode of graphene by using a graphene reflecting unit to accurately generate topology mode and orbital angular momentum (OAM) of a vortex wave so as to improve performance and control precision of the vortex wave, thus realizing full-phase modulating.
