NOVELTY - Graphene efficient heavy-duty anticorrosion water-borne coating comprises first component, and second component. The first component comprises 0.1-1 pt. wt. graphene, 5-20 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 10-20 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 1-10 pts. wt. aluminum tripolyphosphate, 1-10 pts. wt. zinc phosphate, 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant, and 20-50 pts. wt. de-ionized water. The second component comprises 0.1-1 pt. wt. preservative, 20-50 pts. wt. acrylic acid emulsion, 1-3 pts. wt. dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether, 0.1-1 pt. wt. modifying agent, and 5-10 pts. wt. de-ionized water. USE - Graphene efficient heavy-duty anticorrosion water-borne coating. ADVANTAGE - The paint has enlarged antibacterial spectrum, reduced dosage of formaldehyde, synergistic effect, good anti-corrosion performance, increased graphene material, high strength, and strong adhesiveness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of coating comprising taking 0.1-1 pt. wt. graphite, 5-20 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 10-20 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 1-10 pts. wt. tripolyphosphate, 1-10 pts. wt. zinc phosphate, 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant, 20-50 pts. wt. de-ionized water, high-speed mixing, stirring for 25 minutes, and grinding to fineness of graphene material less than or equal to 10; taking 0.1-1 pt. wt. preservative, 20-50 pts. wt. acrylic acid emulsion, 1-3 pts. wt. dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether, 0.1-1 pt. wt. regulator, and 5-10 pts. wt. de-ionized water, dispersing in machine, and stirring for 25 minutes at 400 revolutions/minute speed to obtain dispersed material liquid; and slowly adding liquid, stirring uniformly for 30 minutes, adjusting pH value to 8-9, and filtering.
