NOVELTY - A medical graphene enhanced titanium alloy bar has titanium alloy bar component, intermediate layer graphene film and external cladding coating. The titanium alloy bar component comprises zirconium, iron, chromium, gallium, tin, hafnium, tantalum, aluminum, vanadium, boron, cerium, molybdenum, silver and titanium. The external cladding coating comprises titanium oxide, metallic silver, wollastonite, silver oxide, titanium diboride and magnesium oxide powder. USE - Medical graphene enhanced titanium alloy bar (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The medical graphene enhanced titanium alloy bar has excellent antibacterial ability, quality and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A medical graphene enhanced titanium alloy bar has titanium alloy bar component, intermediate layer graphene film and external cladding coating. The titanium alloy bar component comprises 7-10 wt.% zirconium, 1.5-2.5 wt.% iron, 0.5-0.8 wt.% chromium, 0.5-0.9 wt.% gallium, 0.25-0.75 wt.% tin, 0.02-0.07 wt.% hafnium, 1-2 wt.% tantalum, 1-2 wt.% aluminum, 0.25-0.45 wt.% vanadium, 0.1-0.18 wt.% boron, 0.12-0.18 wt.% cerium, 4-15 wt.% niobium, 9-13 wt.% molybdenum, 0.001-0.005 wt.% silver and balance amount of titanium. The external cladding coating comprises 60-80 pts. wt. titanium oxide, 0.1-1 pt. wt. metallic silver, 15-20 pts. wt. wollastonite, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. silver oxide, 2-4 pts. wt. titanium diboride and 4-8 pts. wt. magnesium oxide powder.
