▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Nylon wig fiber comprises 90-93 pts. wt. t-butylamine complex modified nylon cut, 4.5-6.2 pts. wt. chlorinated polyethylene graft copolymer, 1.8-2.2 pts. wt. hydroxy silicone oil, 0.13-0.15 pts. wt. 1,2-dimethylimidazole, 1-3 pts. wt. nano diatomaceous earth, 3.1-3.4 pts. wt. sodium stearate, 2.1-2.5 pts. wt. plasticizer, 1.8-2.3 pts. wt. graphene and 12-18 pts. wt. calcium carbonate. USE - Used as nylon wig fiber. ADVANTAGE - The fiber has good dyeing properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the tert-butylamine complex modified nylon chip, comprising (i) uniformly dispersing the nano bentonite into deionized water to obtain 15% nanometer bentonite dispersion, (ii) dissolving N-isopropylacrylamide and methylenebisacrylamide in water at a mass ratio of 2:5:50, adding a nano bentonite dispersion of 4 times the mass of methylene bisacrylamide, adding into the reaction vessel, ultrasonicating for 20 seconds, adding maleic acid and polyvinylpyrrolidone into the reaction vessel, heating the mixture to 85 degrees C, stirring at 500 revolutions/minute for 45 minutes, reacting for 3 hours, cooling to room temperature, filtering, washing with deionized and drying to obtain a modifier, where the adding amount of the maleic acid added is 1.5% of the mass of the nano bentonite and the adding amount of the polyvinylpyrrolidone is 2.8% by mass of the nanobentonite and (iii) adding the modifier, t-butylamine and polyethylene resin into a twin-screw extruder at a mass ratio of 1.2-1.5:0.5-0.8:80 to carry out extrusion granulation.
