▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An electrode comprises 65-95 wt.% active material, 1-15 wt.% conductive agent, and 1-20 wt.% binder. The binder comprises a polytetrafluoroethylene-free binder, and is pressure sensitive at room temperature, and has ring-shaped initial adhesion is not greater than 0.05 N. The binder can be dissolved in a good solvent or dispersed in water, and insoluble in common electrolytes. USE - Electrode used for preparing energy storage device such as lithium-ion battery and supercapacitor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrode ensures better integrity at a higher single-sided surface density. The capacity of the button battery prepared by the method is much larger than that of the button battery prepared by the wet method.
