▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite ceramic jar comprises (i) adding water to the graphene and metal ion inorganic salt, stirring and mixing to obtain a composite solution; (ii) coating the obtained composite solution on the inner surface of the ceramic jar without inner glaze, coating the clay water solution after drying, repeatedly and alternately coating; and (iii) spraying glaze water on an inner wall of the pottery jar after brushing and sintering in the protective atmosphere to obtain the graphene composite potter jar. USE - Preparation method of graphene composite ceramic jar used as container in food production process such as aging of white spirit, bean sauce, vinegar and fermentation of soy sauce. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite ceramic jar has rich pore structure, adsorption performance and catalytic activity, which effectively solves the problem that the ceramic jar specific surface area is small in the prior art. The graphene and clay form an interlayer structure, the outermost layer of the glaze layer is protected, graphene is stable and does not fall off.
