NOVELTY - Preparing wall paper with air absorption and purification effect, comprises e.g. (i) (a) adding polyethylene glycol and epoxy resin into the reaction container, heating at 50-90 degrees C to reacting for 2 hours, adding catalyst and heating at 100-110 degrees C, reacting for 4-6 hours to obtain pre-polymer, (b) adding prepolymer, epoxy resin, diatomaceous earth and diphenylmethane diisocyanate into the container, reacting, adding deionized water and wait for the viscosity of the reaction system to drop suddenly, and stirring to obtain epoxy resin emulsion, and (c) adding the auxiliary agent and graphene oxide into epoxy resin emulsion, stirring, adding curing agent, coating on a glass plate and drying to obtain anti-corrosion layer, and (ii) (a) preparing Fe-MOF-74; (b) placing Fe-MOF-74 in a tube furnace, blowing in nitrogen, then heating, burning to obtain C-Fe-MOF-74, and (iii) adding bamboo carbon fiber, diatomaceous earth, active carbon and C-Fe-MOF-74 into de-ionized water to stirring. USE - The method is useful for preparing wall paper with air absorption and purification effect. ADVANTAGE - The wallpaper has better mildew-proof and adsorption purification performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing wall paper with air absorption and purification effect, comprises (i) (a) adding polyethylene glycol and epoxy resin into the reaction container, heating at 50-90 degrees C to reacting for 2 hours, adding catalyst and heating at 100-110 degrees C, reacting for 4-6 hours to obtain pre-polymer, where the mass ratio between polyethylene glycol and epoxy resin is 10:1.2-1.9 (ml: g), (b) adding prepolymer, epoxy resin, diatomaceous earth and diphenylmethane diisocyanate into the container, reacting at 60-80 degrees C for 20 hours, adding deionized water and wait for the viscosity of the reaction system to drop suddenly, and stirring to obtain epoxy resin emulsion, the mass ratio between prepolymer, epoxy resin, diatomaceous earth and diphenylmethane diisocyanate is 1:2.4-3.3:1.6-2.2:0.3-1.4, and (c) adding the auxiliary agent and graphene oxide into epoxy resin emulsion, stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding curing agent, coating on a glass plate and drying to obtain an anti-corrosion layer with a thickness of 0.1-0.15 mm, where the mass-volume ratio between auxiliary agent, graphene oxide, curing agent and epoxy resin emulsion is 0.1-0.2:0.6-0.8: 0.12-0.37:150-260 (g:g:g:ml), and (ii) (a) preparing Fe-MOF-74; (b) placing Fe-MOF-74 in a tube furnace, blowing in nitrogen, then heating at 550-650 degrees C, burning for 4-6 hours to obtain C-Fe-MOF-74, and (iii) adding the bamboo carbon fiber, diatomaceous earth, active carbon and C-Fe-MOF-74 into the de-ionized water to stirring for 30-40 minutes, then adding sodium alginate adhesive to obtain adsorption purification layer by calendering method, the adsorption purification layer thickness is 0.1-0.3 mm, the mass ratio between bamboo charcoal fiber, diatomaceous earth, activated carbon, C-Fe-MOF-74 and sodium alginate viscose is 1:10-12:1.2-1.3:0.23-0.31:0.15-0.26, (iv) coating glue water between the anticorrosion layer and the adsorption purifying layer, pressing and adhering to obtain the needed wall paper.
