▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing boron nitride coated graphene nanosheet comprises (i) dissolving 0.315-5.04 g melamine and 0.309-4.944 g boric acid in 20-40 ml anhydrous ethanol, stirring, adding 0.03-0.24 g graphene nanosheet powder and 1.5-2 g surfactant, ultrasonicating for 1.5-2.5 hours, stirring and filtering to obtain filtrate, where surfactant is polyvinylpyrrolidone K30, (ii) drying filtrate obtained in step (i) in a dry box at 40-65 degrees C for 8-12 hours, where drying box uses vacuum drying oven, and (iii) mechanically grinding dried product obtained in step (ii) under ammonia atmosphere and sintering at 900-1200 degrees C for 1.5-3.5 hours to obtain boron nitride-coated graphene nanosheet composite powder material. USE - The method is useful for preparing boron nitride coated graphene nanosheet.
