NOVELTY - A solid tire tread rubber comprises 80-90 pts. wt. rubber component, 55-65 pts. wt. high-performance vulcanized rubber powder, 45-50 pts. wt. slag powder, 25-30 pts. wt. quaternary ammonium salt, 20-25 pts. wt. sulfur, 15-20 pts. wt. carbon black, 15-20 pts. wt. graphene, 10-15 pts. wt. mica, 10-15 pts. wt. clay and 8-10 pts. wt. additive. The rubber component comprises 35-40 pts. wt. natural rubber, 15-25 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene rubber and 15-20 pts. wt. butadiene rubber. USE - Solid tire tread rubber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The solid tire tread rubber is prepared at low cost and has excellent wear resistance, excellent moisture resistance, and effectively recycles other waste. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of solid tire tread rubber, which involves adding rubber component, mica, clay, carbon black and quaternary ammonium salt into the mixer, mixing at 155-165 degrees C to obtain rubber compound (I), mixing rubber compound (I) with slag powder, graphene and additive at 145-155 degrees C to obtain rubber compound (II), mixing rubber compound (II), high-performance vulcanized rubber powder and sulfur to the mixer, and mixing at 95-105 degrees C.
