The rubber component comprises 35-40 pts. wt. natural rubber, 15-25 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene rubber and 15-20 pts. wt. butadiene rubber. USE - Solid tire tread rubber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The solid tire tread rubber is prepared at low cost and has excellent wear resistance, excellent moisture resistance, and effectively recycles other waste. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A solid tire tread rubber comprises 80-90 pts. wt. rubber component, 55-65 pts. wt. high-performance vulcanized rubber powder, 45-50 pts. wt. slag powder, 25-30 pts. wt. quaternary ammonium salt, 20-25 pts. wt. sulfur, 15-20 pts. wt. carbon black, 15-20 pts. wt. graphene, 10-15 pts. wt. mica, 10-15 pts. wt. clay and 8-10 pts. wt. additive. The rubber component comprises 35-40 pts. wt. natural rubber, 15-25 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene rubber and 15-20 pts. wt. butadiene rubber. The additive comprises 2-4 pts. wt. antioxidant, 2-3 pts. wt. chain extender, 1-2 pts. wt. crosslinking agent and 1-2 pts. wt. accelerator. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of solid tire tread rubber, which involves adding rubber component, mica, clay, carbon black and quaternary ammonium salt into the mixer, mixing at 155-165 degrees C to obtain rubber compound (I), mixing rubber compound (I) with slag powder, graphene and additive at 145-155 degrees C to obtain rubber compound (II), mixing rubber compound (II), high-performance vulcanized rubber powder and sulfur to the mixer, and mixing at 95-105 degrees C.
