NOVELTY - Preparing gas sensor sensitive material involves mixing graphene with concentrated sulfuric acid and dissolving concentrated nitric acid in liquid for dialysis after suction filtration. The solution outside the dialysis bag is taken and dried to obtain graphene quantum dots. The graphene quantum dots and the four carboxylated metallophthalocyanines are of the same order of magnitude. The ethylenediamine, tetracarboxy metal phthalocyanine and the graphene quantum dots are dissolved in water and N,N-dimethylformamide mixed solution for reaction, and then dried to obtain a solid product. USE - Method for preparing gas sensor sensitive material used for converting the components of gas, concentration and other information into the information used by people, instrument and meter, and computer. ADVANTAGE - The method produces product which is easy to block and viscous gas molecules, so that the GR sheet and gas molecules in the conductive network are fully contact, and influences gas sensor gas-sensitive performance.
