The bottom air spray layer is a phosphate ester composite epoxy resin coating consisting of liquid polysulfide rubber, phosphate group epoxy resin, adhesion promoting resin, carbon black, fumed silica, isoamyl acetate, and modified alicyclic amine epoxy curing agent. The surface air spraying layer is a titanium-graphene polymer composite modified epoxy resin coating consisting of modified phenolic epoxy resin, nano titanium dioxide, graphene-graphene oxide, isoamyl acetate, dispersing agent, leveling agent and modified alicyclic amine epoxy curing agent. USE - The anti-sulfur inner coating anti-corrosion structure of medium and large container is useful in oil and gas field. ADVANTAGE - The anti-sulfur inner coating anti-corrosion structure of medium and large container adopts surface air spraying layer, which can effectively isolate and prevent corrosion of anti-corrosion medium such as sulfides and oxidants in the fluid, and improves service life of equipment. The automatic sprayer is used for spraying, which improves production efficiency and ensures safety. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for construction method of the anti-sulfur inner coating anti-corrosion structure of medium and large container, which involves spraying the inner wall of the container through a spraying equipment, which includes a sprayer, an upper sliding device, a middle sliding device, a lower sliding device, and a sliding rail. The upper sliding device is movably placed on the upper wall of the container. The lower sliding device is placed on the bottom wall of the container. The sliding rail is connected between the upper and lower sliding devices. The middle sliding device is arranged on the sliding rail. One side of the middle sliding device is connected to the sprayer through a connecting rod, and the other side is connected to a coating tank through the connecting rod.
