NOVELTY - Oil-containing cast nylon composite material is prepared by polymerizing caprolactam, liquid paraffin, and graphene at weight ratio of 100:(3-10):(0.005-0.075). USE - Oil-containing cast nylon composite material. ADVANTAGE - The oil-containing cast nylon composite material has improved tribological performance, has reduced friction coefficient and improved abrasion resistance. It reduces friction coefficient to 23.5-41.1% and wear rate to 31.8-55.5% of existing cast nylon composite material.
