▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing thermally conductive wave absorbing powder material based on graphene fibers comprises (i) modifying surface by performing nitric acid treatment to graphene fiber surface, and vacuum drying, (ii) performing surface boric acid treatment including preparing boric acid solution, adding surface-modified graphene fibers to boric acid solution, completely mixing, filtering, drying, and repeating for 3-5 times, (iii) heating graphene fibers with boric acid layer deposited on surface under argon protection, continuously heating at 300-400degrees Celsius for 1-2 hours, introducing ammonia gas to keep warm, and forming dense nitride outer shell on graphene fiber surface to obtain thermally conductive wave absorbing powder, (iv) annealing at 400-450degrees Celsius for 1-2 hours under protective atmosphere, and (v) sieving and dispersing annealed thermally conductive wave absorbing powder by sieving machine to obtain thermally conductive wave absorbing powder material with uniform particle size. USE - The method is useful for preparing thermally conductive wave absorbing powder material based on graphene fibers. ADVANTAGE - The method: is economical, simple, and convenient for industrialized production; and has novel design, and significant promotion significance.
