NOVELTY - Amidated boron nitride-graphene oxide heat conducting insulating ink comprises amidated boron nitride-graphene oxide nano filler, connecting material, monomer, photoinitiator and auxiliary agent. The preparation of amidated boron nitride-graphene oxide nano filler comprises (1) adding boron nitride crystals and amines into water, ball milling for 4-24 hours, centrifuging for 10-60 minutes, collecting supernatant suspension, centrifuging supernatant suspension for 30-60 minutes, collecting the precipitate in the lower layer, drying to obtain amidated boron nitride, (2) adding graphene oxide to water, stirring evenly, ultrasonically processing to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid, adding the amidated boron nitride obtained in step (1) in the obtained graphene oxide dispersion liquid, adjusting the pH value in the system, adding carboxy activating agent, stirring until uniformly dispersed, filtering the mixed liquid for 15-30 hours and drying to obtain product. USE - The insulating ink is useful in printing and packaging electronic appliances (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The insulating ink has excellent insulating performance and heat-conducting performance; utilizes boron nitride with good peeling, good electric insulation and unique size effect; reduces the agglomeration effect of the boron nitride and provides electronic component having excellent heat conduction and insulating property and reduces production cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Amidated boron nitride-graphene oxide heat conducting insulating ink comprises amidated boron nitride-graphene oxide nano filler, connecting material, monomer, photoinitiator and auxiliary agent. The preparation of amidated boron nitride-graphene oxide nano filler comprises (1) adding boron nitride crystals and amines into water, ball milling for 4-24 hours, centrifuging for 10-60 minutes, collecting supernatant suspension, centrifuging supernatant suspension for 30-60 minutes, collecting the precipitate in the lower layer, drying at 50-100℃ for 1-2 hours to obtain amidated boron nitride, (2) adding graphene oxide to water, stirring evenly, ultrasonically processing to 30-80℃ with the power of 200-325 W for 30-90 minutes to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid, adding the amidated boron nitride obtained in step (1) in the obtained graphene oxide dispersion liquid, adjusting the pH value in the system, adding carboxy activating agent, stirring at a stirring speed of 300-500revolutions/minute for 4-20 hours until uniformly dispersed, filtering the mixed liquid for 15-30 hours and drying to obtain product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing amidated boron nitride-graphene oxide heat conducting insulating ink comprising (a) stirring polyurethane acrylate, epoxy acrylate and neopentyl glycol diacrylate at a speed of 1200-2400 revolutions/minute for 5-10 minutes, (b) adding amidated boron nitride-graphene oxide nano filler, stirring at a speed of 3000-3500revolutions/minute for 10-15 minutes, (c) adding de-foaming agent, dispersant and wetting agent, slowly adding photoinitiator and leveling agent, stirring at a speed of 4000revolutions/minute for 30-40 minutes obtain mixture, (d) crushing the mixture obtained in step (c), grinding for 1-6 hours and filtering through a 200-1000-mesh gauze to obtain the product.
