NOVELTY - Composite masterbatch comprises 45-49 wt.% spinning grade- polyethylene terephthalate, 35-40 wt.% polycaprolactam, 1-3 wt.% zirconium dioxide powder, 1-4 wt.% tourmaline, 0.1-0.6 wt.% carbon black pigment, 1-3 wt.% graphene oxide, 0.1-1 wt.% acrylic acid, 0.1-4 wt.% antimony-doped tin oxide powder and 0.1-1 wt.% calcium stearate. USE - Composite masterbatch is useful for spinning. ADVANTAGE - The composite masterbatch has excellent self-heating effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the method for preparing the composite masterbatch, which involves weighing the above mentioned raw materials, uniformly mixing the raw materials under stirring condition and granulating using twin-screw extruder to obtain the composite masterbatch.
