NOVELTY - A graphene oxide-grafted metallocene polyethylene-modified polystyrene-based bamboo-plastic cabinet plate comprises 60-80 pts. wt. bamboo powder, 20-80 pts. wt. waste high-impact polystyrene particles, 1-2 pts. wt. 12-hydroxystearic acid, 4-5 pts. wt. polyethyleneimine, 1-5 pts. wt. hydroxy polydimethylsiloxane, certain amount of anhydrous ethanol, 1-2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. antioxidant, 4-6 pts. wt. graphene oxide-grafted metallocene polyethylene compatibilizer, and 4-5 pts. wt. nano-flux. USE - Graphene oxide-grafted metallocene polyethylene-modified polystyrene-based bamboo-plastic cabinet plate (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene oxide-grafted metallocene polyethylene-modified polystyrene-based bamboo-plastic cabinet plate, which involves (i) dehydrating and drying the bamboo powder, adding silane coupling agent, 12-hydroxystearic acid, and polyethyleneimine to anhydrous ethanol mixed solution, immersing for 2-3 hours to obtain reaction mixture, introducing bamboo powder into reaction mixture, filtering, and drying to obtain modified bamboo powder, (ii) mixing waste high-impact polystyrene particles with hydroxyl polydimethylsiloxane, adding nano-flux, melting and granulating to obtain modified polystyrene particles, (iii) adding modified bamboo powder, and modified polystyrene particles into a high-speed mixer, preheating at 50-60 degrees C, mixing for 20-30 minutes, adding other residual materials, heating at 80-100 degrees C, continuously mixing for 1-2 minutes, placing the mixture on a molding plate, molding and preheating at 180-200 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, hot-pressing at 8-12 MPa for 4-5 minutes, and cold pressing at 10-15 MPa for 3-5 minutes.
