▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-based transmission electron microscope carrier film preparing method involves growing graphene on the surface of a metal substrate by chemical vapor deposition, removing the graphene growth on the back surface of the metal substrate, preparing a macromolecule fiber network on the surface of the graphene to form a metal substrate/graphene/polymer fiber network structure, followed by using a photolithography method on metal substrate back, removing the metal substrate exposed to the periodic pattern by etching, and removing the periodic pattern to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing a graphene-based transmission electron microscope carrier film by directly etching a metal substrate. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the graphene-based transmission electron microscope carrier film with high efficiency, low cost and mass production by avoiding process of transferring graphene and without the need for additional transmission. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene-based transmission electron microscope carrier film prepared by the method.
