NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene intercalated cathode electrode material includes heating 33-35 mL sulfuric acid solution at 75-80 degrees C under water bath, adding 5-6 g graphite powder, 6.2-7 g potassium persulfate and 6.2-7 g phosphorus pentoxide, stirring at 200-300 revolutions/minute for 4-5 hours, adding 2-3 L deionized water, filtering over 200-300 nm ultrafiltration membrane, washing with deionized water, air-drying, adding 30-40 mL sulfuric acid solution and 5-6 g pre-oxidized graphite powder and 3-4 g potassium permanganate, reacting under water bath, stirring, cooling and adding deionized water. USE - Method for preparing graphene intercalated cathode electrode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is time-saving and has low energy consumption and simple preparation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene intercalated cathode electrode material involves heating 33-35 mL sulfuric acid solution at 75-80 degrees C under water bath, adding 5-6 g graphite powder, 6.2-7 g potassium persulfate and 6.2-7 g phosphorus pentoxide, stirring at 200-300 revolutions/minute for 4-5 hours, adding 2-3 L deionized water, filtering over 200-300 nm ultrafiltration membrane, washing with deionized water, air-drying, adding 30-40 mL sulfuric acid solution and 5-6 g pre-oxidized graphite powder and 3-4 g potassium permanganate, reacting under water bath, stirring at 100-200 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 2-3 hours, cooling, adding 180-200 mL deionized water, adding 5-6 mL hydrogen peroxide, 10-12 mL hydrochloric acid, stirring for 1-2 hours, standing for 20-24 hours, centrifuging at 5000-6000 rpm for 10-15 minutes, collecting precipitate, washing with deionized water 3-5 times, drying at 70 degrees C for 3-4 hours to obtain graphene oxide film, weighing 8.7-13.1 g manganese dioxide, calcining at 800-850 degrees C for 10-12 hours, cooling to room temperature, mixing with 16.8-20.2 g sodium hydroxide monohydrate, lithium hydroxide, 1.5-2 g graphene oxide sheets, ball milling for 3-4 hours, adding 20-30 mL anhydrous ethanol, air-drying to obtain ball abrasive, weighing 5-6 g ball abrasive, ball milling, adding 60-72 mL deionized water, stirring at 300-400 rpm for 1-2 hours, heating in oven at 180-200 degrees C, washing with deionized water to neutralize and drying at 80-90 degrees C for 2-3 hours.
