NOVELTY - Preparation of intelligent temperature-controlled meta-aramid fiber involves adding phase change microcapsules to meta-aramid spinning stock solution, and wet spinning to obtain intelligent temperature-controlled meta-aramid. The phase change microcapsule comprises wall material and core material wrapped in the wall material. The wall material is made of polyparaphenylene terephthalamide, polyurea or polyurethane. The core material is paraffin/graphene composite material. The amount of paraffin/graphene composite material is 20-75 %mass of the mass of phase change microcapsules. The amount of phase change microcapsules added is 3-20 %mass of the mass of the intelligent temperature-controlling meta-aramid fiber. USE - Preparation of intelligent temperature-controlled meta-aramid fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple and uses low cost phase change material to prepare meta-aramid fiber with excellent temperature control effect. The phase change material in the fiber is prevented from omission.
