▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene nano-container-based coating material comprises a first component comprising 20-40 pts. wt. an epoxy resin and a second component comprising 0.1-2 pts. wt. a graphene nano-container loaded with a corrosion inhibitor, 1 pts. wt. a diluent, 30-60 pts. wt. an epoxy curing agent, 1 pts. wt. an antifoaming agent and 1 pts. wt. a leveling agent. The graphene nano-container loaded with a corrosion inhibitor includes graphene grafted with cyclodextrin and a corrosion inhibitor reversibly combined with cyclodextrin. USE - The coating material is useful for preparing self-repairing coating layer in metal anti-corrosive coating material (all claimed) e.g. marine facilities, ship equipment and nuclear power industry. ADVANTAGE - The formed self-repairing coating layer has excellent protection performance, both excellent shielding performance (passive anti-corrosion) and excellent self-repairing performance (active anti-corrosion). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing coating material, comprising thoroughly mixing graphene nano-container loaded with a corrosion inhibitor and diluent, adding epoxy curing agent, antifoaming agent and leveling agent , and then fully mixing with epoxy resin to obtain the coating material; and (2) preparing a self-healing coating layer, comprising providing the coating material, thoroughly mixing first component and second component of the coating material, and then curing at room temperature for 40-50 hours, and then curing at 40-60 degrees C for 3-5 hours.
