▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves manufacturing a component of carbon-containing film as a substrate of a touch device. A graphene image is displayed on the substrate by using a short-wavelength laser light source based on laser-induced technology. An induction layer is formed for sensing touch pressure. A driving layer is formed for driving the induction layer to work. A silver paste conductive layer is formed on the induction layer and the driving layer by using screen printing technology. A graphene touch control device is manufactured by using an optical dual-surface adhesive tape to form the induction layer and the driving layer. USE - Graphene touch control device manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables forming the graphene touch control device on an ultra-thin colorless and transparent polyimide (CPI) thin film to replace an original PET-based touch sensor, which is more conducive to integration with flexible organic LED (OLED) devices, and reducing failure in usage of nano-silver flexible touch screens.
