▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A nitrogen-doped pre-reduced graphene oxide film comprises nitrogen existing in the form of graphite nitrogen and pyrrole nitrogen, in a density of not greater than 1.05 g/cm3. The film has an average Seebeck coefficient of up to -46.5 muV/K, and a power factor of 30.27 muWm-1K-2. The film is formed by high-temperature heat-impact treatment in nitrogen atmosphere. USE - Nitrogen-doped pre-reduced graphene oxide film used as thermoelectric film in high-temperature flexible thermoelectric device (claimed) in aerospace, deep-sea detection, energy conversion and other frontier applications ADVANTAGE - The nitrogen element doped pre-reduction graphene oxide film has excellent temperature resistance, low density, good bending performance, relatively high conductivity and high thermoelectric potential. The method is simple and easy, the preparation period is short, it is convenient and easy to operate, and it is suitable for industrial large-scale preparation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the nitrogen-doped pre-reduced graphene oxide film.
