NOVELTY - The method involves heating (Step1) an adhesive layer (1) to 80 degrees C-80 degrees C, bonding a fabric layer (2) and adhesive layer by vacuum adsorption process. The adhesive layer is located on the lower side of the fabric layer. The temperature of adhesive layer is maintained (Step2) in range of 80 degrees C-140 degrees C, and a heat generating layer (3) is bonded to the lower side of the adhesive layer. A buffered foam layer (4) is heated (Step3) to 80 degrees C-40 degrees C, the buffer foam layer is adhered to the lower side of the heat generating layer by a vacuum adsorption process to obtain a room temperature portion of the graphene heating carpet. The adhesive layer is silica gel, and the heat generating layer is graphene heat generating film. USE - Production method of graphene heating carpet. ADVANTAGE - The production process has simple structure, simple and convenient production and processing, low production cost and high production efficiency.
