▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing a tin dioxide/graphene composition material comprises (i) preparing a graphene oxide solution and a tin dioxide (SnO2) nanoparticle dispersion; (ii) using a graphene oxide solution of step (i), covering the surface of the electrode current collector with a graphene oxide film layer by dip coating; (iii) using the SnO2 nanoparticle dispersion of step (i)and the graphene oxide solution, respectively coating SnO2 nanoparticle layer and the graphene oxide thin film layer on the surface of the graphene oxide thin film layer by dip coating method; (iv) repeating the step (iii) for many times to prepare a tin dioxide/graphene oxide composition material in which a graphene oxide thin film layer and a SnO2 nanoparticle layer are alternately laminated on an electrode current collector surface; and (v) calcining stannic tin dioxide/graphene oxide composition material obtained by step (iv) under an inert atmosphere. USE - The tin dioxide/graphene composition material is useful in the preparation of a cathode for a lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition material does not contains binder, which is beneficial to the conduction of electrons in the electrode and in the construction of the three-dimensional structure without binder; increase the contact area of active material and electrolyte, and the package of graphene for SnO2 nanoparticles, improves the conductivity of the tin dioxide/graphene composition material, and alleviates the volume change of the SnO2 material during charging and discharging, and exhibits good cycle stability and rate performance; and the preparation method: is simple and repeatable and has high large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) tin dioxide/graphene composition material, is prepared as mentioned above; and (2) tin dioxide/graphene composition electrode comprising the tin dioxide/graphene composition material.
