NOVELTY - Preparing high conversion graphene carbon nanotube heating film comprises (i) mixing binder and solvent, and dispersing at high speed for certain period of time, (ii) adding graphene, carbon nanotubes, and nanocarbon powder, stirring and dispersing for period of time, grinding into grinder to grind to desired fineness, and filtering to obtain dispersed slurry, and (iii) forming dispersion slurry into film and drying, where electrothermal conversion rate of heat-generating film is more than 98%. USE - The method is useful for preparing high conversion graphene carbon nanotube heating film. ADVANTAGE - The heating film: has high electrothermal conversion rate and stable dispersion, high thermal conductivity and electrothermal conversion rate, and improves product stability.
