▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Metal alkene carbon thermal film comprises at least one layer of graphene film and at least one layer of metal film. The metal film is deposited on the graphene film, where the thickness ratio of the graphene film and the metal film is 2-9:1. The film is prepared by e.g. spraying aqueous graphene dispersion liquid on copper foil, drying at 80-100 degrees C at 2-3 hours, drying and compacting using a fully automatic tableting machine at a pressure of 13-20MPa, carrying out vacuum deposition process of graphene film using a vacuum deposition apparatus under degree of vacuum of -10-6 Pa. USE - The film is useful in mobile phones, tablet personal computers, TVs and other consumer electronics products. ADVANTAGE - The film is deposited on the graphene film which does not allow glue to pass through, and has thickness according to different of thermal conductivity of the product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Metal alkene carbon thermal film comprises at least one layer of graphene film and at least one layer of metal film. The metal film is deposited on the graphene film, where the thickness ratio of the graphene film and the metal film is 2-9:1. The film is prepared by (a) spraying aqueous graphene dispersion liquid on copper foil, drying at 80-100 degrees C at 2-3 hours, drying and compacting using a fully automatic tableting machine at a pressure of 13-20MPa; and (b) carrying out vacuum deposition process of graphene film using a vacuum deposition apparatus under degree of vacuum of -10-6 Pa, coating at 450-500 degrees C under inert gas atmosphere, to obtain metal film coated with an insulating material. The aqueous graphene dispersion liquid is prepared by cooling 1-3 g graphite in ice, mixing by adding 50 ml concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, stirring for 20-30 minutes, adding 8-10 g potassium permanganate to the above mixed liquid, stirring for 20-30 minutes, transferring the mixture to a water bath at 35-40 degrees C, slowly adding 20-30 g sodium nitrate, stirring for 20-30 minutes, continuously adding 100 ml deionized water to the above mixture under stirring conditions, transferring the mixture to an oil bath at 70-90 degrees C, stirring for 20-30 minutes, adding 10 ml hydrogen peroxide dropwise, continuing to react for 20-30 minutes, adding polyvinylpyrrolidone, poly(vinyl acetate) and polyethylene glycol into the solution of graphene oxide under stirring conditions, dissolving 10-12 ml hydrazine hydrate solution, reacting at 40-60 degrees C for 1 hour, and adding acetic acid or hydroiodic acid in an amount of 10-12 ml dropwise to the solution, and reacting continuously for 20-60 minutes, where volume ratio of concentrated sulfuric acid to concentrated nitric acid in the mixed acid is 1:1-2, the amount of acetic acid and hydroiodic acid in an aqueous solution is 5-20 wt.%, and the aqueous solution concentration of PVP, PVA and PEG is 5-20 wt.%. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing film comprising (i) preparing aqueous graphene dispersion liquid as mentioned above; and (ii) same as mentioned in steps (a) and (b).
