▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing three-dimensional graphene/carbon nano-tube coated silicon carbon material comprises (i) preparing graphene oxide solution, (ii) placing graphene oxide solution and single-walled carbon nanotubes in corrosion-resistant ceramic tank for compounding to obtain three-dimensional graphene/carbon nano-tube flexible support material, (iii) ball milling silicon particles to form nano-silicon, spray-drying nano-silicon and melamine resin suspension for carbon coating, depositing melamine resin layer on the surface of nano silicon to obtain resin-coated nano silicon particles, where thickness of the melamine resin layer is 50-100 nm, and (iv) mixing three-dimensional graphene/carbon nano-tube flexible support material with resin-coated nano silicon particles to obtain mixture, calcining mixture under gas protection to obtain three-dimensional graphene/carbon nano-tube coated silicon carbon material. USE - The three-dimensional graphene/carbon nano-tube coated silicon carbon material is useful in lithium-ion batteries cathode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The carbon material improves coating degree and uniformity of silicon particles, avoids attenuation of lithium-ion battery capacity and improve its cycle stability.
