NOVELTY - Recyclable water-soluble degradable foam material comprises 100 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 100-200 pts. wt. modifier, 500 pts. wt. cosolvent, 10-30 pts. wt. mixed cellulose, 7.5-24 pts. wt. foaming agent, 3-8 pts. wt. solubilizer, where the modifier is polyvinyl alcohol which form hydrogen bonds with carbon groups in polylactic acid molecules, the mixed cellulose comprises 30-60 pts. wt. modified starch and 10-20 pts. wt. cellulose. USE - Recyclable water-soluble degradable foam material. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple and direct, is suitable for industrial production, has high production efficiency and good economic benefit. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the recyclable water-soluble degradable foam material, which involves: i. preparing polylactic acid, carrying out melt polymerization on the body of the lactic acid, namely the polylactic acid is synthesized by a direct method; ii. adding a certain amount of polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution and a cosolvent into a blending agent, stirring and heating to a blending temperature, weighing a certain amount of polylactic acid, dissolving the polylactic acid in a certain solvent under stirring, adding the polylactic acid solution into the polyvinyl alcohol solution under stirring at a certain temperature, and adding a certain amount of mixed cellulose and a solubilizer to obtain a blend; and iii. adding the blend obtained in the step ii. into a screw extruder, adding a foaming agent, a chain extender and a nucleating agent into the screw extruder, outputting the melt, and carrying out foaming molding.
