NOVELTY - Graphene oxide powder and a binder powder are mixed with deionized water, to obtain a suspension. The mass ratio of graphene oxide powder and binder powder is 1-1.5:5. A suspension is poured to dimethyl silicone oil and processed in microwave oven, stirred at 80-90 degrees C and rate of 400-600 rpm for 2-3 hours, and maintained at room temperature for 12-24 hours, to obtain graphene oxide microbeads. The volume ratio of suspension and dimethyl silicone oil is 1:400-500. The graphene oxide beads are heated, and cured, to obtain solid graphene microbeads. USE - Preparation of solid graphene microbeads (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables stable preparation of solid graphene microbeads with size of 2-60 mu m, and shortened curing time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene oxide powder and a binder powder are mixed with deionized water, to obtain a suspension. The mass ratio of graphene oxide powder and binder powder is 1-1.5:5. The mass ratio of graphene oxide powder and deionized water is 1:200-240. A suspension is poured to dimethyl silicone oil and processed in microwave oven, stirred at 80-90 degrees C and rate of 400-600 rpm for 2-3 hours, and maintained at room temperature for 12-24 hours, to obtain graphene oxide microbeads. The volume ratio of suspension and dimethyl silicone oil is 1:400-500. The graphene oxide beads are heated at 80-100 degrees C for 2-3 hours, further heated at 150 degrees C for 1-12 hours, further heated at 280 degrees C for 2-3 hours, and cured at 750-850 degrees C for 2-3 hours in nitrogen atmosphere, to obtain solid graphene microbeads.
