▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene modified sintered neodymium-iron-boron Nd-Fe-B material comprises (i) mixing the graphene powder, neodymium iron boron sintering powder into a sintering container, (ii) pouring the sintering powder is 0.56% of total weight of anhydrous ethanol and 0.135% tetrabutyl ammonium hydroxide, with the powder mixing uniformly, (iii) placing raw material in sintering device for sintering, (iv) cooling to obtain the graphene modified neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnetic material. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene modified sintered neodymium-iron-boron material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the graphene of distributed on the neodymium iron boron permanent magnetic material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnetic material, comprising using sintered powder, absolute ethyl alcohol, and tetrabutyl ammonium hydroxide, stirring at speed of 5-15 rotations/minute for 5-10 minutes, allowing to stand for 5-10 minutes, pouring the second time sintering powder total weight to 0.08-0.4% absolute ethanol, 0.036-0.054% tetrabutyl ammonium hydroxide and stirring at speed of 25-35 rotations/minute for 10-15 minutes, allowing to stand for 5-10 minutes, where the sintering powder total weight is 0.08-0.24 wt.% absolute ethanol and 0.036-0.054 wt.% tetrabutyl ammonium hydroxide, 50-60 rotations/minutes for 5-10 minutes and allowing to stand for 3-5 minutes.
