NOVELTY - High thermal conductivity graphite composite wire has diameter 0.1-1000 mu m. USE - High thermal conductivity graphite composite wire used in ultra-coil, magnet and ultralight motor. ADVANTAGE - The high thermal conductivity and lightweight graphite composite wire is a good substitute for copper. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing high thermal conductivity graphite composite wire, which involves: (A) mixing graphene slurry with carbon nanotubes, carbon nanofibers and micro carbon fiber, and additives; (B) stirring the obtained mixture uniformly under high speed to obtain graphene sol; (C) spinning the obtained graphene sol into a capillary tube at 300-500 ml/hour to obtain graphite fibers of diameter 0.1-1000 mu m; (D) cooling and solidifying the obtained graphite fibers, followed by heating graphite fibers at 60-100 degrees C in hot air drying; and (E) pressing the hot air treated graphite fibers on a roller to obtain dense high thermal conductivity graphite composite wire as desired product.
