NOVELTY - High-load-bearing gear oil with high temperature resistance and anti-coking accumulated carbon comprises 10-30 pts. wt. III type synthetic base oil, 10-20 pts. wt. IV synthetic base oil, 5-15 pts. wt. V-type synthetic base oil, 0.01-1 pts. wt. high-molecular polymer, 0.1-2 pts. wt. extreme-pressure agent and 0.01-5 pts. wt. nano level graphene. USE - The gear oil is useful in steel metallurgy, petrochemical industry, automobile manufacturing, thermal power generation, cigarette manufacturing, mine and other heavy industrial light industrial mechanical device. ADVANTAGE - The gear oil: optimizes the proportions of class III synthetic base oil, class IV synthetic base oil and extreme pressure agent; adds high molecular polymer to improve the viscosity, adhesion and climbing property of the finished product; adds nanoscale graphene to enhance the product's resistance to extreme conditions, finally making the product have excellent performance of high temperature resistance, high load bearing resistance, coking resistance and carbon deposition resistance and is suitable for industrial and mining equipment in high temperature, high pressure and other working environments.
