▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - One-component super-hydrophobic wear-resistant anti-corrosion coating comprises 40-60 wt.% fluorine-containing matrix resin, 20-40 wt.% solvent, 0.5-5 wt.% graphene, 5-10 wt.% modified silica, 0.1-3 wt.% leveling agent, 0.1-3 wt.% defoamer, 0.1-3 wt.% dispersant and 0.1-3 wt.% coupling agent. USE - Used as one-component super-hydrophobic wear-resistant anti-corrosion coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating utilizes the special wettability of the super-hydrophobic surface. When water contacts the surface of the coating, an air cushion will be formed between the water and the coating, and it is difficult for the water to penetrate into the coating. The surface of the substrate corrodes the surface of the substrate, and a wear-resistant super-hydrophobic coating is prepared by combining the fluorine-containing matrix resin and the silica material, which makes the super-hydrophobicity durable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the single-component super-hydrophobic wear-resistant anti-corrosion coating, comprising preparing a fluorine-containing matrix resin; and adding the fluorine matrix resin, solvent, graphene, modified silica, leveling agent, defoaming agent, dispersing agent and coupling agent to the star ball mill and stirring for uniform dispersion.
