▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/nickel-cobalt phosphide film, comprises (i) obtaining natural graphite, concentrated sulfuric acid, potassium permanganate, sodium nitrate through oxidation reaction to obtain graphene oxide solution, and graphene oxide solution through vacuum filtration and hydroiodic acid reduction to obtain graphene film; (ii) carrying out solvothermal reaction with the graphene film, adding nickel nitrate hexahydrate, cobalt nitrate hexahydrate, methanol, deionized water, and urea to obtain graphene/nickel-cobalt hydroxide film; and (iii) subjecting graphene/nickel-cobalt hydroxide film to high temperature phosphating. USE - The film is useful in the self-supporting electrode material of electrolytic water (Claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene/nickel-cobalt phosphide electrode material has less graphene surface fold, less structure defect, graphene sheet tightly stacked, effectively improving the flexibility of the graphene film, mechanical and electrical performance, which is good for electronic fast transmission in the process of electrolytic water. The nickel cobalt phosphorus with honeycomb structure not only provides a basis for fast soaking electrolyte, but also greatly increases the chemical active site of the electrolyte so that the gas molecule can escape in time, so as to further improve the electrolytically water performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene/nickel cobalt phosphide thin film.
