NOVELTY - Preparing nitrogen-sulfur double-doped three-dimensional grapheme involves adding carbon precursor, solvent, and dopant to the autoclave at a mass ratio of 1 to 5: 0.1 to 10: 0.1 to 5, stirred uniformly, and reacted at 120 to 200 degrees C for 4 to 8 hours. After cooling to room temperature, the template is added, the mass ratio of the template to the carbon precursor is 0.1 to 5. The hydrothermal reaction is carried out at 60-120 degrees C for 2 to 4 hours, then fully washed, taken out and dried. After drying the raw material is placed in an atmosphere furnace, and then heated to 800-1200 degrees C and the predetermined temperature is kept for 1 to 3 hours, where the heating rate is 1 to 5 degrees C / min, and the protective atmosphere is an inert gas. The product is removed by removing the template. The product is stirred in an acid, pickled, washed with alcohol and washed with water until neutral, and then placed at 60 to 100 degrees C. USE - Method for preparing nitrogen-sulfur double-doped three-dimensional graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare nitrogen-sulfur double-doped three-dimensional grapheme in a simple and cost-effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The product is dried in vacuum for 4-6 hours. The acid is: hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, acetic acid, sulfuric acid, the concentration of the acid solution is 1-3 mol/l.
