NOVELTY - Preparing fluorinated graphene photo-thermal conversion film comprises (1) vacuum filtering the graphene oxide solution to form film to obtain graphene oxide film, (2) mixing the graphene oxide film with the fluoride solution, stirring, placing it in the hydrothermal reaction vessel, adding water to make the filling rate of the hydrothermal reaction vessel 80%, and performing the fluorination reaction to obtain the fluorinated graphene film, and (3) cleaning and drying the fluorinated graphene film to obtain fluorinated graphene light-to-heat conversion film for laser ignition. USE - The conversion film is useful for laser ignition (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method solves the technical problem that fluorinated graphene is difficult to form film under simple conditions. The fluorinated graphene has higher heat output than other photothermal materials under light conditions, excellent stability and excellent storage characteristics for energetic materials and devices. The conversion film: realizes laser ignition of energetic materials; has simple preparation steps; and is easy to popularize.
