NOVELTY - Preparing a micro-arc oxidation coating of an aluminum alloy heat sink for a high thermal conductivity and high power LED lamp involves preparing a micro-arc oxidation base solution and a reduced graphene oxide dispersion solution separately for later use, mixing the micro-arc oxidation base solution and the reduced graphene oxide dispersion solution and magnetically stirring to obtain a micro-arc oxidation treatment solution, putting the aluminum alloy radiator and the stainless steel plate in the micro-arc oxidation treatment solution, and using the aluminum alloy radiator as the anode and the stainless steel plate as the cathode to perform micro-arc oxidation on the aluminum alloy radiator, and ceramic film containing reduced graphene oxide is formed on the surface of the aluminum alloy.
