▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Steel slag activator comprises 0.4-1 wt.% graphene oxide slurry, 55-65 wt.% mixed alcohol amine, 15-25 wt.% organic acids, 10-20 wt.% mixed polyol and 4-5 wt.% water. USE - The slag powder activating material is useful for preparing high strength cement (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The steel slag activator: improves slag powder activation property; solves pollution problem of the steel slag to the environment; reduces cement and concrete industry need of excellent raw material; has simple preparation method, which consumes less energy; does not generate waste gas, waste liquid and waste residue. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing slag activator, comprising (i) mixing mixed alcohol amine, organic acid and mixed polyol according to composition in a reaction kettle, controlling temperature at 30-50 degrees C, reacting for 2-4 hours, (ii) under the condition of stirring, system adding graphene oxide slurry into the step (i), simultaneously raising the temperature to 100-150 degrees C, adjusting pressure to 0.2-0.4 Mpa, stirring, reacting under same condition for 3-6 hours, and (iii) adding water into the step (ii) system, stirring for 10-30 minutes to obtain the slag activator; and (2) preparing steel slag powder activation material containing slag activator, comprising (i) adding 3-5 wt.% water into existing slag, grinding, in the grinding process, dropping 0.015-0.03 wt.% slag activator, after finishing grinding, slag by roller press or outside circulation extrusion forming material containing fine powder cake, (ii) adding the step (i) the material cake into lifter selected powder feeding device, the air inlet of powder-selecting device of filling at 500-700 degrees C, assist accelerating partially dehydrated steel slag hydration, drying material hydrating steel slag, and device collects the qualified steel slag micro powder active material.
