▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene quantum dot comprises adding graphite powder with 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone at ratio of 100:1, mixing, transferring into autoclave with Teflon, reacting to 150-200 degrees C for 24-96 hours, cooling to room temperature, and taking out; and centrifuging at 9000 revolutions/minute for 15 minutes to obtain yellow supernatant, and concentrating. USE - Method for preparation of graphene quantum dot (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, has low cost of raw materials, simple device, and good stability.
