▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene oxide-modified aluminum phosphate adhesive preparation involves using phosphoric acid or hydrogen phosphate and aluminum compounds as raw materials, and then designing solid content of the adhesive according to a certain phosphorus-aluminum ratio. A certain amount of phosphoric acid or hydrogen phosphate brine bath is heated with a certain amount of polyvinyl alcohol and catalyst to react for a period of time. A certain amount of aluminum compound is added to the mixture for a period of time according to the phosphorus-aluminum ratio. The graphene oxide is added to the mixture to perform ultrasonic treatment for a certain time to obtain the graphene oxide-modified aluminum phosphate adhesive for artificial boards. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide-modified aluminum phosphate adhesive for wood-based panels. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the graphene oxide-modified aluminum phosphate adhesive for wood-based panels in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with good mechanics, flame retardant and anti-mold performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing artificial board, which involves: (A) mixing graphene oxide-modified aluminum phosphate adhesive and the curing agent uniformly; (B) spraying certain proportion on the surface of the shavings, fibers or directly apply to the surface of the veneer; and (C) heat-pressing the glued shavings, fibers or veneer under certain conditions to form the artificial board.
